The StubHub app lets you search and make purchases from the service's inventory of some six million secondary market-as in, resold tickets generally at a mark-up-sporting, concert, and theater tickets."

I've explored StubHub, and have even purchased tickets through them. Pretty good site if you really want to go to an event but you will pay a premium price for them. But they are a safe place to get tickets so if security is what you want, this is probably a good place to try. Even better that they have an app for their services.
