All the images, headers, footers, etc are preserved and if there are editable form fields, those are converted to text boxes. This requires Intel Mac running OS X 10.5 or later. The price is normally $75.95 USD for a single user license but the first 500 people to purchase are given a heft 25% discount, which drops the price to $59.95USD. They also have a free trial period, so if this is something that you might be interested, check it out here.
