Both have Qualcomm processors, 3.2" screens, 3.1MP cameras, 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM, but the P300 has a WQVGA screen while the P400 runs a slightly faster 600MHz processor and sports a HVGA screen. Pricing and availability are still unknown, but from the spec list don't expect either to break the bank.</p>
