I had hoped it would be available on AT&T but with an exclusivity deal on T-Mobile by the time it might hit AT&T it will be irrelevant.

I have an HD 2 and I use T-Mobile; their biggest issue is the weird frequency they use for 3G; in order to have 3G I should move to AT&T which will never happen.

Certainly not good new for us North of the border!

The news that T Mobile is getting the HD2 is bad for us here in upstate NY. T Mo has absolutely no presence here. :-( It may as well be in Europe and Asia only because T Mo is just as remote. I want this so bad too!

Fellow gageteers, T-mobile has had this phone since the first of the new year. Its a good buy for the contract price but I felt shortened with the companies software within 2 hours, returned it and went rogue an bought the unlocked version and it is so much a better fit for me.

Not sure why you didn't just wait a bit, unlock it and flash a new ROM?
