Stuff like this does nothing good for a company, something AT&amp;T should already have learned. Being honest with your customer is the only solution, not offering several different excuses that don't make any sense. "New York isn't ready for the iPhone" doesn't really make sense if you are then told to go to a brick and mortar store to buy one, in New York! It is all weirdness and someone really dropped the ball in making sure that the communication about this situation was going to be consistent.&nbsp;</p>

I wonder if that Daphne still has a job? That first thing was a pretty dumb thing to say.
