Others include Evan Williams from Twitter, Eric Schmidt of Google, Larry Ellison of Oracle and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook.&nbsp;</p><p>The list is voted on by an "expert panel" that decides the 50 people that have the move influence on the IT industry worldwide.&nbsp;</p>
