A couple of the improvements were improvements to the news feed with direct link to the comments section, you can "like" posts now, you can RSVP to events and you can create/upload photos to albums. It is also much cleaner in design, or at least it seems that way to me. I couldn't get the App Store application on my iPhone to recognize that there was an update, so I just downloaded it manually and it worked fine. Some have been reporting not seeing it in the App Store or only seeing version 2.5. It is suggested that you delete your app and then download it again to fix that problem. Once you do, let us know what you think!</p>

I've been having problems with the app store reporting ANY upgradeable apps. It was funny. Yesterday, I went to the app store and didn't see a Facebook update, so I deleted FB 2.5 from the phone. Then I went back to the app store (it was still on the updates "tab") and FB 3.0 showed up along with a bunch of other apps, but FB quickly disappeared from the list as it had been removed. So then I downloaded the new FB and went back in to update all of the other apps and it took me about 20 tries just to get them to show up as needing updates. Finally got it to work, but...issues.

I deleted the current app as suggested then tried to install the new version. Then I got the message that the 3.0 OS was required. I was not planning on upgrading my touch, but I guess I have to now since the older app is not available. Boooo App store.
