We first heard about it (officially) <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/news/show/93508/acer-s-eight.html" target="_blank">back in April</a>, and it was <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/news/show/93971/1ghz-snapdragon-based-acer-f1-demoed-at-computex.html" target="_blank">demoed at Computex</a> in June. Unfortunately, <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/news/show/93653/bad-news-for-us-acer-fans.html" target="_blank">US availability</a> may be held up due to carrier issues, but it looks like the rest of world will see this in time for the holidays.</p>
