Limited customer base for this application but I'm glad companies put them out, it makes managing your accounts with them that much easier. AT&amp;T, Chase and Well Fargo are some of the company specific applications I use regularly and if I was a Comcast subscriber, I'd be adding this one too.&nbsp;</p>

As a comcast subscriber....I downloaded this app...and then deleted it.

I have Comcast Mail....but I just view via the mail app.
I can view trailers anywhere.
The TV listings are cool but it's a bit slow to load on 3G. If I am home on Wireless it's fast....but not as fast as just turning on the TV and viewing the guide.

If I could program recordings via the app, it would be a win...but it's just an app to give customers a false sense of added value!

I wish they had a Comcast app that will lower my $158 monthly cable/internet bill!

Comcast stats...from Wikipedia:
Presently, Comcast serves a total of 24.6 million cable customers, 16.3 million digital cable customers, 14.4 million high-speed Internet customers, and 5.6 million voice customers.

SideNote:
They just finished their gigantic tower in Philadelphia last year. The lobby has a GIGANTIC video-wall with the elevators built right into it that shows different things all day/year. They should include a live video feed of that wall for the iPhone app. (Born and raised in Philadelphia, now live 15 minutes away....and still have not been to the building yet!)

Sounds like one case where the app isn't as good as it seems! That giant video wall would be kinda cool to see, and as close as you are you should go pay your bill in person sometime just to see it :-)
