The program allows users to record everything from memos, to discussions and interviews, and can be used as both a voice and sound recorder."

You can also record your outgoing phone calls with this app, at a per minute charge though, since they have to go through third-party to do it. The charge isn't too outrageous, you can buy an hour of recording time for $1.99 USD and it is done via the application using the 'In App" process. This also works with the 2nd generation iPod Touch with the external mic. Once caveat, the in call recording only works on outgoing calls that start and finish within the US. I picked up this app when it first came out and have been generally pleased with it, especially since it was before 3.0 and the iPhone software didn't have their own recorder. Not to mention it still only costs a buck.

Yeah, this is definitely one of the better recording programs out there, I've used it for a while and they continue to update it with new features (like the in-call recording).
