But I guess when it's all you know, you go back to it. Psystar is just coming out of bankruptcy and instead of trying to figure out how they are going to get off the Apple radar, they offer some new hardware. Doesn't seem like a very solid business plan but perhaps they feel they can win, so they need to build up their legal defense fund.&nbsp;</p>

Why would they not go right back to it? They're already in court, and considering that Apple was willing to forgo monetary damages in order to see the case through, there's no getting out of this one. Doing anything other than getting back to business as usual would be a dumb move showing signs of guilt. (Well, hopefully not business exactly as usual, since they filed for Chapter 11. Though how much this case sucked out of their coffers might be relevant to that.)

I'm wondering whether Apple is still tied to giving up monetary damages if Psystar is out of Chapter 11 during the case. If they are, then there's really absolutely no reason for Psystar to not try to make as much money as possible until they receive a cease and desist.
