The program will enable customers who purchase qualifying HP PCs to enjoy the benefits of a new Windows-based PC immediately and receive a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it becomes available in October."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/dht/auto/1245948762.usr1.jpg" style="border: 0;" /></p><p>That pretty much says it all right there - if you're thinking about ordering an HP computer, wait until tomorrow, and you'll get a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it ships in October 22nd.</p>
