okay someone wanted me to check out some band so they sent me there album to my zune (30g). but it didnt work all that happend was that my zune got frozen and i couldnt turn it off in fact i couldnt do anything. so i let that battery ran out and tryed it again later. once i got it to work i saw that all my music and movies were gone. but the strange thing about it was that as soon as i went to settings / about / storege and i saw that there was still 20g of storage used up. i thought that i was a mistake since there was no music in it so i connected it to the zune software and saw that it also said it had 20g used up which is how much music i had in my zune. so i dont know what to do i have tryed everthing i can think off and its not like a can put my music back because 20g are used up. if anyone knows how to fix this problem please
things that i tryed:
1) restarted the zune 20 times ( hold return and up)
2) let the battery ran out and charged it 20 times
3) went to zune software and forgot zune and but it back
