I'd posit that both MS and Apple are copying others and always have been. What does it matter anyway? All I want are cool audio devices with good design, good features, good software, and good build quality at a reasonable price. I don't think anyone's aced all 5 of those yet, but devices are getting better.

BTW, I sure hope the next iPod doesn't include a radio tuner although WiFi might be cool. Maybe Apple will do a better job of implementing it than Zune.

O/T: Judging by your initial post in this thread, it seems like you are drinking your own special brand of Kool-Aid.

Maybe it was taken just after the iPod recycling truck made its weekly pickup.
