Yeah, I had this issue, it was fixed a few days later. I've been with T-Mo for about 8 years and their customer service is pretty good (the few times I've had to call). The phone service has only gone down once or twice in the area I lived (and was back up within hours), and there are very few places I go where I don't get signal.

In addition, no other provider can beat paying $45 (with 12% corporate discount) for 1000 minutes, free night/weekends, mobile-to-mobile, 400 SMS's, and unlimited data.
