It'll be interesting to see if the Slingplayer does actually make it into the App Store. I had a sneaking suspicion it wouldn't for exactly these reasons. I guess we'll see. One thing's for sure, though; it's taking a lot longer than the 7 days Apple was bragging about at their iPhone 3.0 reveal, which leads me to believe that this approval isn't going to be particularly easy.</p>
