Apple legal eagles are in the gates . . .

Don't care for the overly thick bezel around the screen. Wonder if they are as bright as Apple's displays ?

I'm thinking I might check this out. Plan on getting a new mini in the next month or so. Definitely love the price, looks are better than the monitor I have that I was planning on using.

It'll be interesting to see your thoughts if you do get one. I just bought the 24" Cinema Display for my Mini a couple of weeks ago and it is GORGEOUS. But I do feel somewhat silly for having dropped almost 9 bills on it. I'd be really curious to know if these displays are are good as the Apple CD. Then I can feel really stupid for spending so much on the CD. :(

Nice thing about what you bought, besides the design/quality, is that it has the built in camera. I haven't decided yet, I may go your route, but I'll let y'all know for sure ! ;)

The CinemaView has a power switch which the CD doesn't. (No big deal). What I do find interesting is that the resolution of the 24 incher is lower than the CD. It's 1920x1080 vs. the 1920x1200 of the CD. Why the smaller resolution? And you're right - the CinemaView doesn't have a camera; not really a huge deal if like me, you never use it.
