I'm gradually making the switch from Windows XP to ubuntu Linux. I've run into a few obstacles but I am solving them one by one. My biggest problem is synchronization between my laptop, Dell Axim x51v, and Nokia 6300 "dumb" phone. Right now, both Activesync and Nokia PC Suite keep my devices in step with my laptop and with each other, but of course there are no alternatives in ubuntu Linux.
Multisync looks outdate, and OpenSync requires compiling stuff. Yuck! Any suggestions?
