Now, the streaming service has proven so popular that Netflix will offer a stand-alone streaming subscription service, says the company's Chief Financial Officer Barry McCarthy."

I've watched a few shows and movies on my Xbox 360 and my MBP via the streaming through Netflix, and while the quality isn't superb, its is more than watchable. I am currently on the $30.99/month plan mainly for the mini-series I like to catch up on and there hasn't been a lot of streaming for the mini-series until recently. I've been pleasantly surprised at the number of mini-series, such as MI-5, that have ended up there that are on my normal que. Depending on the price they set for this, it is something that I will have to consider. If only they would get an "official" interface for AppleTV...
