And if you do get caught, the worst it will get you is tossed out. That is unless you are using an electronic device to count cards. Use one of these programs and you fall into criminal territory as it is considered a felony under Nevada gaming laws. So count away, just leave the iPhone in your pocket.</p><p><em></em></p>
