YouTube has created a special site just for you to enjoy watching videos on your couch through your game console. Here's how it works. Fire up your console's web browser and enter this URL: www.youtube.com/tv. (It's not going to work on your PC or Mac) From there, you'll be able to navigate YouTube easily with simplified menus and enlarged text, and even watch videos in full-screen, and enjoy auto-play capability that "enables users to view related videos sequentially, emulating a traditional television experience." Right now, YouTube on your TV is only offered for the Wii and PS3, but look for YouTube integration in a whole host of other set-top boxes and accessories in the near future."</em></p><p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/RUuP4fzWjIs&amp;color1=0xb1b1b1&amp;color2=0xcfcfcf&amp;hl=en&amp;feature=player_embedded&amp;fs=1" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/RUuP4fzWjIs&amp;color1=0xb1b1b1&amp;color2=0xcfcfcf&amp;hl=en&amp;feature=player_embedded&amp;fs=1" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p><p>It just makes sense to be able to watch YouTube on the big screen, integration with the Wii and PS3 is a logical way to do that.&nbsp; Check out the above video if you like to see how the interface works.</p>

Ouch for us Xbox 360 owners!

If they would just give us a browser, we'd be good to go. I am really surprised that Microsoft has not developed one for the 360 yet.

If Microsoft adds a browser to the Xbox 360, they're basically making it into a computer because some people only NEED a browser for what they do. And if Microsoft starts competing with Dell, HP, etc., imagine what kind of firestorm that would ignite! I don't think we'll see a browser for several more years, if ever. Microsoft doesn't want to alienate their partners - although, really, what else would Dell sell if not Windows? Linux?

Lol, Dell already IS selling Linux... Ubuntu is a viable alternative. There are only one or two programs keeping me on Windows at this point.

I can see why there is no browser for the 360. Microsoft wants it to be a game console and media player, not a computer.

I haven't seen any numbers, but I can absolutely guarantee you that the percentage of computers that Dell sells with Linux is 1/100th what they sell with Windows. Linux might be great for some people, but it's in no way ready for the mass market.
