Has anyone else seen issues with the warranty date when you register your device with Microsoft?
Last year I bought 2 8GB units, One in April from zuneoriginals and one from WalMart in July. The one I bought in July has a problem (Back Button doesn't work and won't stay powered off)
I went to support and saw that to get a repair ticket I needed to register the device online. It said that the warranty had expired on 12/25/08? WTH?
Called in but they won't help without a receipt.
