Outlook App'ts with Notes Don't Sync??

Greetings,

First, I use a Samsung i760 PPC running WM 6.1 with ActiveSync 4.5 connected to a laptop running Windows XP Pro, Version 2002, SP3

Has anyone else experienced this problem:

Setting new appointment in Outlook 2003 on desktop with text in the Notes section of the appointment - will NOT sync to Pocket Outlook on the i760. If I set new appointment on the desktop with NO text in the Notes section of the appointment everything syncs just fine.

It hasn't always been this way. Just not sure if the ActiveSync upgrade caused the problem or going from WM5.0-->WM6.0--->WM6.1 caused the problem.

Has anyone had this problem or can anyone create the problem now? Is there a setting somewhere I might be missing?

If I create an appointment with notes on the handheld and sync to the desktop it works just fine.

Have not run across a problem syncing Notes - in either direction - but will ask Clarification point that might make it easier to someone else to offer suggestions:

New Appointment in Outlook 2003 with Text in the Notes field means
1) the ENTIRE New Appointment does not sync? or

2) The Appointment Syncs, but without the Note?
