ShortCAD is small but still powerful app for you Pocket PC.
ShortCAD is free. With ShortCAD you can create and edit 2D vector-graphic drawings and templates just as you do in well known CAD applications. ShortCAD drawings are usually saved as .shortDWG files, but you can also save them in .dxf format so you can export your drawings to other vector-graphic editors.
Image export is also available. With ShortCAD you can render very large images of your drawings. (available memory is the only restriction for image size).
While your Pocket PC is small and slow, all of the "huge CAD" features of ShortCAD have been reworked to make them accessible and usable without mouse and keyboard.
ShortCAD has a PC version that will help you to open and print drawings that were creataed on your PPC. Also it has primitive dxf import funtionality.
