I have used it 3 times now without a hitch! Two of them I have already received my money on.

I've used it 4 times already :) A bit of a pain to use but well worth it. All are still pending though.

Apparently they had some issues on Black Friday, but they are attempting to address them:
Last week several news outlets reported that Microsoft's Live Search cashback site was down for a few hours on Friday, which meant online shoppers could not take advantage of the Black Friday cashback promotions many partners had advertised . . . . Microsoft apologized for the inconvenience and the company's GM of Worldwide Commercial Search, Rajat Taneja, told users to "contact customer support with your Live Search cashback ID and order number to receive your full rebate."
