It looks as if Samsung is working on a new Windows Mobile device target towards a younger crowd. There is no news at the moment if this device will be a Windows Mobile Standard or Professional handset, but it is nice to see that some manufactures are still catering to the younger and hipper consumer crowd. We will keep you posted as we hear more information regarding this new device.</p>

When they say "extremely young", does that mean children? Or is it just a translation artifact?

I would say translation artifact, but with the popularity of the devices made for kids in the past here in the United States, it would not surprise me to see someone try to continue the short lived success in other countries as well :)
