This is the MobileMatt Black ICE TF2D Skin for TouchFlow 2D (REQUIRED) (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398173). The CAB file includes a .tsk theme for black bars and also included is the MobileMatt welcomehead.96.png... Download and enjoy...

*New clock
*New weather icons
*Maps search bar changed
*Other minor changes

**NOTE** Backup your welcomehead.96.png as the CAB file will install the MobileMatt version!

The CAB file is somewhat large as it includes all files including rain animation.
