I have to admit that since I haven't used Photoshop since version 6.0, I'm not particularly excited about this - but there <a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/features/?view=topnew&amp;promoid=DRHXB" target="_blank">are a lot of new features</a>, and if you're a Photoshop junkie, this release will probably get you excited. The "<a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/features/include/content-aware-scaling/modal.html?width=784&amp;height=462" target="_blank">content aware scaling</a>" feature looks really cool - this is the commercialized version of some work I saw a year or so ago.</p>

I've been using PS7 since it came out and think it's the best version of PS ever. I've tried the new PS 8,CS,CS2,CS3 and it always disappointed me with their increasingly useless components like Bridge and such. It also have stuff running in the background all the time to track your usage.

I just find PS7 to be extremely 'complete' with no xtra baggage.
