Mobile operators increasingly see advertising as a powerful offering, given falling traditional voice revenue, as it allows brands to target consumers based on their location and at times of the day when they are otherwise hard to reach. "Why? One thing I like about my mobile device is that I don't have to put up with a bunch of ads or telemarketers. Have telemarketers made their way to your phone yet? Does it or will it bother you to have ads seriously increased over the next few years? $1 to $24 billion dollars over four years? That sounds like an awful lot of ads coming our way. How do you feel about it?
