Simply tracking the two has helped me quite a bit. John, the founder of Developer One Software, over the last five year period has developed a strategy to lose weight and keep it off. That strategy has been evolved in to a Windows Mobile application. Sounds promising; I am thinking of checking out the trial version. Follow this link to check out some more screen shots and the explanation. The software can be purchased for $12.95 from here. [Affiliate]

Looks like a neat idea. I've looked at other weight and exercise programs before, but never liked the idea of counting calories. I may check this out. Thanks, Kris.

I can't figure out from their Web site and screen shots what information you can enter about the foods you eat.

I amgoing to give this a try. A log gives you a history of where you went wrong or went right. Eating right is all about adjustments.
