I was browsing around the other day and ran across this nifty freeware application called Pocket Podcasts. This open source application will allow you to subscribe to both video and audio podcasts feeds as well as download those episodes over Wi-Fi. I haven't had a chance to install this application and play with it yet, so I am unsure if you can download individual episodes over the air using your handsets data connection. Even if you cannot download over the air, Pocket Podcasts does include a desktop application that allows you to sync your podcasts to your Windows Mobile Standard device.
