Attention Needed

I have just started to get this next to "files" now when synching my hx2790.
When I right click the response comes up resolve items which I preusme means the system is going to resolve the item or at least tells me what needs attention.
I've looked at the various files I use and can't find anything out of place
I have the setting that the ppc overrides the computer
so can anyone one suggest what i should do next please

This is an old problem that Microsoft never quite seemed to fix...basically there's a file in there somewhere that's causing the sync to fail, but ActiveSync is too stupid of a tool to tell you which one. So here's what you do: move all the files out of the folders that sync, re-sync, and the problem should go away. Then, one by one, add each file back in and see which one causes the problem - although sometimes the answer will be "none" and you'll have all your files back in there yet no problem...which I've never quite figured out. :roll:
