But Garth Turner, a member of the Canadian Parliament, said during a caucus meeting that the incident — the second widespread disruption in 10 months — was having a big impact."</i><br /><br />I just don't get the RIM/Blackberry model where traffic is routed through a specific set of computers. Normal internet email doesn't work like this - have you ever heard of all internet email going out like this? No, of course not.
