Corporate Exchange & Hosted Exchange

I use corporate Exchange at work.

I've considered signing up for a hosted Exchange account for personal use.

What I want is to be able to have all my email on my PPC. Plus have my personal email in Outlook at home and my work email in Outlook at work.

I have the work thing set up now. My PPC syncs with my work Exchange whenever it's connected to the internet.

But my personal email right now is a Bellsouth/AT&T pop3 account forwarded to a free AOL IMAP account, so that I can have mail on the PPC and in Outlook at home. I'm trying to get around the fact that downloading to Outlook deletes from the server which then causes a delete from my PPC.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Actually, I prefer something more like the way IMAP syncs folders. If I just leave it on the server, it will stay there until it expires. If I delete it or move it to another folder, it doesn't do that on the server and thus not on the PPC
