Yes Memaid is still around (version 2 was released not too long ago) - but I don't see how it can compare with Pocket Mechanic? While both have system utilities, PM is more focussed on processor management.

Pocket Mechanic Professional (http://www.wizcode.com/products/view/pocket_mechanic_professional) is not focusing on processor management (this is a feature of Pocket Hack Master (http://www.wizcode.com/products/view/pocket_hack_master), winner of the Smartphone and PocketPC Magazine Best Software Awards 2007). Pocket Mechanic Professional is a collection of more than 20 different maintenance utilities including storage card management (defragment, scan disk, format, slack analysis etc), file cleanup, registry cleanup and repair, Outlook cleanup and repair (a fresh new module that was introduced last week), notification queue cleanup and repair (updated last week as well), software relocator and uninstaller, and many others. The full specification is available on http://www.wizcode.com.

Pocket Mechanic Professional has a free 30-day evaluation version. Upgrades are free to registered users.
