All of the included programs are certified as "Designed for Windows Mobile", are available in 14 languages, and buying them is made simple with such friendly payment methods as mobile credit card transactions or premium text messaging."

It's about time something like SPB Catalog turned up. Having online access to tailored content is a service that other phone manufacturers have provided, as well as some carriers. SPB Catalog provides the same type of functionality to the Windows Mobile space. The bad news? The app ships on only a limited range of devices so far (3 Gigabyte, 2 Fly, and the Russian version of the HTC TyTN II), though I'd imagine more manufacturers will jump on this as time goes by.
