2 new Ipaqs at my house....!!!!!

It's been a while since I have been a regular visitor here, but it looks like I might be back for a while to gather more info and keep abreast on the newest PocketPC related topics.

I just bought 2 new Ipaq 111's and they arrived today. One for my daughter in college (her first Pocket PC), and one for me to play with, so I can have the same as her.

I have a TON of programs on my old Axim X5 that I would like to install on the new Ipaq. Does anybody know if these older programs are compatible with the new Windows Mobile 6, or will I need to start all over with new programs.

Only been playing with the new model for an hour or so now, but it is really nice so far.

Giving the other to my daughter for Christmas!!!!

What about cases for these new models yet, anybody found one?

I think you should be able to use most of your old programs. Good luck with the new devices and share your experience with them :-)

Also check the manufacture's website of the software you purchased.. A lot of the time they have upgrades for a very low price (for the newest OS, enhancements, etc..:) .. Enjoy your new PDA's!
