Not that I've ever seen -- but then I'm not looking for one :)

Your best bet might be to google for "Ruggedized" or military spec devices.

I was going to say I'd done a post about one, but turns out it's a straight ruggedized PDA, not a phone. So up to this point, no there doesn't exist a converged device with a CF slot (unless you're willing to go WAAAY back to some of the old Jornadas).
