Hi everyone,

I just came across a wifi module from Spectec:

http://www.spectec.com.tw/sdm781.htm

This module is a wifi 802.11b/g chip utilizing the SDIO architecture. I have the Spectec SDIO wifi card and use it with my h2210, but it sticks out of the SD slot. Is there a way to embed this card inside the h2210 or does anyone know enough about electronics to be able to hook-up this chip and have it embedded inside the machine so it does not stick out fromthe top.

I love to have wifi available whenever possible, and I don't like the idea of haveing the card stick out of the top when I put the device in my pockets.

Can someone offer some insight into this madness.

Thanks,

Cybrid

Thanks,No. Not really. For that to be done there needs to be an empty I/O terminal where they could upt the chip in...On a mobile device that is un likely. While possible to have a SDIO Wifi card that might sit flush...I don't know of one. The spectec is supposed to be one of the lowest profile cards.
