The company did not provide an estimate of when service would return to normal and did not specify the software problem."</i><br /><br />I am amazed that RIM continues to push so much email through relatively few servers. I have to believe that they are considering pushing this out to the backoffices of their customers and carriers rather than continuing in this way. This is the second major outage this year.
