Since consumer complaints are much more commonly posted, I thought it would be a good idea to post a thanks here for a company's responsiveness.
On Friday afternoon I decided to take advantage of the 30% discount offered to PPCT subscribers on Martin Fields screen protectors, for my new Advantage 7501. To my dismay, on trying to checkout the discount code was rejected as invalid. I wrote them an email, thinking I would probably just hear that the offer was an old one or something, even though it says no expiration on this site's members discount page.
I was really pleased to get a pretty quick response last night (over the weekend, and late on a Sunday night at that!), telling me they had fixed the problem, and that the code should be working now.
Screen protectors successfully ordered with the discount this morning! So thanks Martin Fields (and PPCT of course). :way to go:
