Two distinctly separate calendars? No.
Sync with two separate calendars and filter using categories? Yes.

I have tried it but perhaps I made something wrong.
On the same computer I have two calendars: job and personnel (the new calendar). I synced the pda but doesn't show the personnel appointments althought I filtered by category. I used the personnel category for the new personnel calendar.
Besides, when I insert a new personnel appointment with the pda connected with PC, the pda keeps sync and doesn't check the new appointment.
Could you give me some instructions about how to make it?

Could you give me some instructions about how to make it?I'll try. :) You're doing it correctly but it might be a small settinqs problem. What Operating system, Outlook and Activesync version.
