I get quite a few emails daily requiring the same response that's typically 131 words, 841 characters and 22 lines. I'd like to be able to set up an auto text reply using my Pocket PC to cut down my response time and, obviously cease the repetitive task. Does anyone have any suggestions how to set up an auto text that can handle a little formatting?

Ideally I'd like it to look like this:

Generating an automated response is usually set up and controlled at the server level with your ISP. However, an EXCELLENT tool for creating templates and inserting repetitive text into documents is TapText from DinarSoft (www.dinarsoft.com). I've used it for years and find it indispensible for inputting Web site URLs, e-mail addresses, signatures, etc. You can try out a free demo, but if you have any specific questions about TapText, feel free to post them here.
