Which Outlook are you referring to? The desktop version or the mobile version?

is there any other mail software for mobile better than outlook mobile?????

FlexMail (http://www.webis.net/products_info.php?p_id=mail) is worth a look.

From a personal perspective, I looked at FlexMail briefly and found that except for the enhanced GUI, it didn't have much more to offer than Outlook. It took lots of room and didn't add enough functionality to make it worthwhile to hold on to. Just one man's opinion...

Outlook Mobile is a part of Windows Mobile. It's almost impossible for Windows Mobile-based devices to ship without it. Have you tried hard-resetting your device?

Is shouting really necessary? :?

If you've exhausted all avenues, including downloading and installing (http://www.utstar.com/pcd/Downloads.aspx) the latest ROM update (select XV6700 from the drop-down menu on the left), then you should take your device back to the seller and ask for a refund or replacement.

Well, to be technical, WM doesn't come with "Outlook" it comes with Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Messaging. These individual programs make up what is combined in the one application on the desktop. They are independent on the PPC and SP.

If you don't have those individual apps, you probably should follow Darius's advice.

No device manufacturers release Outlook Mobile as a separate download, because it's already included in the ROM. As Sven has mentioned, Outlook Mobile on Pocket PCs and Smartphones exists as "Contacts", "Calendar", "Tasks", and "Messaging", so if you have those, you have Outlook Mobile.
