As part of the agreement, all HTC products in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding current-market ones) will be <a href="http://www.htc.com/press_room/03-press-070508a.htm">marketed under the HTC brand</a>, thus following a practice already visible in Europe, and to a lesser extent, the United States. Despite a declining TAIEX index, HTC's shares closed 0.35% higher today.
