It packs a TI OMAP 850 CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, Bluetooth (there's no Wi-Fi), SiRFstar III, and Windows Mobile 5.0. Mobinaute has a lengthy review in French <a href="http://www.mobinaute.com/73023-test-pdaphone-gps-edge-mio-a501-windows-mobile.html">here</a> (or <a href="http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/trurl_pagecontent?lp=fr_en&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mobinaute.com%2F73023-test-pdaphone-gps-edge-mio-a501-windows-mobile.html">here</a>, if you prefer your reviews in broken English).

Being user of MIO A701 for more then a year, I can tell one thing - If GPS is the most important feature in this device for you that is your choice!

Dunno if I would use 'packs' to describe such a mundane lackluster spec and a dead ugly design - OMAP 850! 128mb ROM, no WiFi! Yawn - it packs nuthin!
