http://www.markspace.com/downloads.html

Mark/Space has released version 3.0.2 of their popular Mac<=>Pocket PC sync app, Missing Sync. The latest version fixes a number of bugs, one significant: apparently, you don't need to put the phone into "flight mode" to avoid the Pocket PC trying to establish a wireless data connection while connecting to your Mac, which would then cause the sync to hang. I haven't tried it yet, but this was one of my serious niggles with the previous 3.0.x builds.

You can also read the full release notes. As far as I can tell, there's no official word yet on when WM6 will be supported.

Does it support wm6? I just recently switched to mac and missing sync doesn't work with my wm6 jasjam. I've installed xp through parallels but find this better because I can install apps easier and I have entourage configured with my exchange server so all is well.

As I briefly mentioned at the end of the post, no, it does not. At this point, Mark/Space has expressed the intention of supporting WM6, but does not yet have production hardware to beat on. I'm guessing you won't see it for a few months, at least.
