question -- problems w/ internet "pass through" in ActiveSync....?

i have known internet pass-through using ActiveSync (connecting to the internet through a cabled-AS connection with an internet-connected PC), however, ive been having this problem wherein i cannot seem to figure out...

i can update my weather information, i can send emails forth/back, i can sync through my hosted Exchange server, i can even browse the web using Netfront... however, what i cannot do -- is browse the internet from PIE...

what gives?

i know that this may seem trivial (since i already have NF working) - but sometimes PIE does come in handy...

any places to look? settings? (ive been through most of the settings but cant seem to figure this out)...

note: im using WM5...

Try choosing appropriate selection among the 3 options: The Internet, Work Network, or Automatic in the "This computer is connected to" in File>Connection Settings of Activesync. Hope this help.
