hi
i made a simple vb design on visual studio 2005 and tried to execute it on win CE. but it gives this error.

I had initially made the application for win mobile 5.0. then changed it to make it compatible to WIN CE 5.0. but it still gives the same error.
even an empty design of an empty shell doesnt work on CE and gives the same error ..
