Holy Cow! That's looks just like my old favourite Norton Commander!
I have an old copy running on XP now (albeit some disabled features) and it would be great if they did something similar for the Pocket PC platform too.
(sorry...maybe a little off topic here!)

Indeed, it's Midnight Commander (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midnight_commander), a clone of Norton Commander for UNIX -- i.e. the Pocket PC is ssh'ed into a box running mc. Most Linux distributions still come with it.
